Brief of research:
Why some high-tech companies are successful, while others are not? How companies become competitive? In order to answer for such a questions project group of HSE Corporate Finance Laboratory is conducting a research of business models of Russian high-tech companies.

Outlook & discussed issues:
Within the seminar authors presented their understanding and point of view on this problem, they tried to explain the importance of development of effective business models in order to make company competitive on the market.
Authors discussed the classifications developed within the research, their plans and preliminary results.
