Aim of the study is to develop a model of corporate performance based on the financial architecture approach

We are going to apply our complex approach developed in 2009 in Corporate Finance Center to the analysis of financial architecture influence over corporate performance. Then we are going to test the model using the panel data of European companies (2004-2008) and to conduct the comparative analysis of the results among different countries. We are going to introduce into analysis the Economic Profit as a measure of corporate performance.
