ESG is a part of Paris Graduate School of Management  and runs bachelor and master programs in management. At the master level it focuses on financial courses such as Portfolio Management, Stock Market, Financial Strategies, Small Business Governance, Credit and Risk Management, Investment Strategies and Value Creation, M&A.

Within ESG there are two scientific laboratories studying Corporate Finance:

- the Laboratory of Finance with the focus on Assets valuation  and Corporate governance;

- the Laboratory of Strategy and Management with the focus on Brand valuation and management, intellectual capital valuation and management, remuneration policies, value based management.

ESG publishes The Research Yearbook where all the results of laboratories’ investigations are presented

In April 2007 ESG and CFC agreed to develop joint research in intellectual capital, corporate governance and financial architecture of the firm
