Within the framework of joint research the project devoted to the study of Board of Directors influence on corporate performance was conducted together with Russian Institute of Directors (RID), Financial Corporation URALSIB and KMPG. The research results based on the National rating of Corporate Governance RID-Expert RA were presented in the joint report on the International Conference “Corporate Governance and Sustainable Business Development: Strategic Role of Boards”. Network partner RID participated as an information sponsor and created a team for panel data formation. Network partner URALSIB provided with certain types of expertise. Network partner KPMG provided key materials. On the part of State University - Higher School of Economics the following researchers of Corporate Finance Center participated in panel data analysis: Irina Ivashkovskaya, Head of Corporate Finance Center, who was responsible for research concept and model development, Yaroslav Ossipov and Artem Rashchupkin, researchers and master program of Corporate Finance Department graduates, who were responsible for panel data formation and panel data analysis, Olga Ponomareva, researcher and PhD student of  Corporate Finance Department at State University- Higher School of Economics, and Tatiana Khaidukova – bachelor student of Business Informatics Faculty at State University- Higher School of Economics, who were responsible for data collecting, data verification and panel formation.
