A visit of Professor Victoria Krivogorsky (San Diego State University) took place within the XI HSE International Academic Conference on Economic and Social Development Problems.
Victoria’s paper “Corporate Governance Regulations and Practices in Europe - Comparative Study”, co-authored with W. Dick (ESSEC Business School) was presented on April, 8.
During the Moscow visit, Victoria Krivogorsky also held a research seminar “Quantitative Research in Corporate Finance” for Master students of Strategic Corporate Finance Master program.
Joint projects were discussed and the meeting with the Dean of Economics Faculty were organized within the framework of academic development between Center of Corporate Finance of the HSE (www.en.cfcenter.ru) and iBEACON (http://www.sdsu.edu/iBEACON).
