Corporate Finance Center organized 3 sessions within the XI HSE International Academic Conference on Economic and Social Development Problems sponsored by the State University- Higher School of Economics with support of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund on the 6-8 April, 2010, Moscow.

9 papers (including 4 papers presenting the results of CFC research projects) were introduced at “Corporate Finance-1”, “Corporate Finance-2” and “Financial Mechanisms of Corporate Governance and Efficiency” sessions.
