It is agreed to launch empirical research on the basis of RID Corporate Governance ratings made for 150 Russian firms. The project is also supported by Uralsib Bank and KPMG (Moscow office). The CFC team will be responsible for the data needed to compute the measurers for corporate performance and empirical model. The project results will be presented at the Network of Excellence International Conference оn Financial Architecture and Corporate Governance next autumn.
