International conference “CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND SUSTAINABLE GROWTH: STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS TO ENHANCE CORPORATE PERFORMANCE” was held on 12-13 October in Moscow, Russia. The Conference was organized by the Canada Russia Program in Corporate Governance together with Corporate Governance Center of the State University- Higher School of Economics (Moscow, Russia) and the Schulich School of Business (Toronto, Canada).
