Corporate Finance Center and Corporate Governance Center of the State University- Higher School of Economics held the Second International Conference “CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: STRATEGIC ROLE OF BOARDS” on 28-29 November 2007 in Moscow, Russia.  The Conference was organized within the Innovation Educational Program of the State University- Higher School of Economics as a step in the establishment of Network of Excellence “Financial Mechanisms of Corporate Governance”.

 The reports of the Conference participants were published in the collection of papers (“Europe” Publishing House, with the financial support of Bank “URALSIB”).

The review of the Conference reports was published in the 4th issue of “Corporate Finance” journal in DISCUSSIONS section and in “Economic Science of Modern Russia” journal, ¹1, 2008.
